What countries do you ship to?
We ship all over the USA. Please be patient as we do our very best to get your order out to you!
USA - 3-10 Day Express Shipping
Here’s how it works: You order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Shipping takes between 3 and 10 days*.

Can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they ship (usually within 2-5 business days). When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

My Tracking shows no updates?
If your order has just shipped please allow 1-3 business days for tracking to update in the system.
If your order shows the 1st tracking scan, but has since not been updated, then don't panic - the gap between the 1st and 2nd scan is 90% of the transit time. This does not mean your order is delayed :)
Can I change address or cancel my order?
We do ship every Monday (sometimes the next day!), so make sure you email us straight away! Hello@bookbowtique.com.
If your order has already been dispatched we, unfortunately, can not cancel your order, you will have to follow our returns policy.
We will be happy to change the shipping address of your order! Please email our Customer Service team with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process.
Once the order has been accepted on the website, most orders are dispatched within a few hours of receiving by our warehouse. Due to this, it's almost impossible for us to change the address. We can try to change the address while the order is still processing but this is no guarantee that we will be able to.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please email our Customer Service team with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate this for you.

What can I do if a damaged or defective product is received?
If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning contact us asap and we will replace it or we'll give you a Refund.

How long does it take to get my money back?
Please allow up to 14 days for your returned funds to be available in your bank account. Refunds will only be processed once your return is inspected.
All funds are returned back into your original payment method.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We put a lot of time and love into handcrafting our bows and your satisfaction is very important to us!
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video and email us at Hello@bookbowtique.com
All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges if you email us first at Hello@bookbowtique.com and ship the products back in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our bows! So please reach out if you need assistance.
Book Bowtique does NOT accept forced returns and they are non-refundable.
